Immigration judges within EOIR decide whether noncitizens may remain in the United States. Their public portal lets anyone look up case status by Alien Number (A‑Number).

EOIR Tracker scrapes the EOIR portal twice per day (roughly every 12 hours). When a change is detected — a new hearing date, a postponement, or a case decision — your workspace receives an email alert within hours of the update appearing on EOIR’s portal.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plans page inside the app. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you’ll never be charged again after cancellation.

Yes. Each law firm gets its own isolated workspace. Your case data is stored in a dedicated row-level-secured partition and is never shared with or visible to other firms. We only collect the A‑Numbers you add; we never store client names or personally identifying information beyond what EOIR’s public portal returns.

Each workspace has a single subscription plan billed monthly. All team members you invite share that workspace’s case limit and features. There are no per-seat fees — one flat monthly rate covers your whole team.
